7.5 KL Cream Storage Tank: The cream storage tank shall be a hygienically designed, vertical cylindrical vessel with a nominal working capacity of 7, 500 litres, manufactured from food-grade AISI 304/316L stainless steel as per application requirements. The tank shall have a fully welded, smooth internal finish suitable for dairy applications, with sanitary fittings and connections to ensure ease of cleaning and prevention of product contamination. The tank shall be provided with an insulated construction, suitable manhole, sanitary inlet and outlet connections, level indication, temperature sensor provision, drain arrangement, vent/filter arrangement, and necessary CIP provisions. The tank shall be equipped with an efficient top-entry or side-entry agitator suitable for maintaining uniformity of the cream without excessive foaming or product damage. All product-contact surfaces shall be hygienically finished and designed for easy cleaning and complete drainage. The tank shall be mounted on a robust stainless-steel support structure with adjustable legs and shall be suitable for continuous dairy processing operation. Design, fabrication, welding, surface finish, fittings, and testing shall comply with applicable food-processing and hygienic engineering standards
